The question on the ballot
Shall the City close Sunset Dunes Park from Monday at 4:00 a.m. through Friday at 6:00 p.m., unless a holiday falls on a weekday, in order to reopen the roadway known as the Upper Great Highway to private vehicles during that time?
Where, when and how to vote
The guide doesn't answer these. The current, official answers are with California Secretary of State.
