These terms cover DigitalU, AgentWorx and Banter (the same service under three names), including our app inside Fanvue. By using them you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

What an agent is

An agent is an AI that talks by voice and text, built from material its owner chose. Every agent says it is an AI when asked. It can be wrong: it answers from its material and can misread it. A price, a score or an answer from an agent is not a promise until a person confirms it.

Your material, your responsibility

• Only give an agent material you have the right to use, and only build an agent of yourself, your own business or product, or a public page you're allowed to present.
• You're responsible for what your agent says from your material.
• Don't use an agent to impersonate a real person or organization you don't represent, to harass anyone, to mislead people about what they're talking to, or for anything illegal.
• Agents built for adult creators must follow the platform rules of wherever they're offered (for example Fanvue's), and are for adults only.
• We may take down an agent that breaks these rules, and we'll tell its owner why.

Plans and payments

• Free stays free. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel; a lapsed plan falls back to Free — nothing you built is deleted.
• If you set up through Fanvue, anything you pay for is billed through Fanvue under Fanvue's terms.
• If you charge people to talk to your agent, you set the price; readers who pay by card pay through Stripe, and our fee is shown before you turn it on. Access you sell through another platform (Fanvue, Patreon and others) follows that platform's terms.

Live data

Scores, fixtures and news come from public feeds and can be late or wrong. Agents give opinions on sport for fun — never betting advice.

The service

We work to keep DigitalU available and your data safe, but we provide it as is: to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months. You can stop using DigitalU at any time; we may end an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so here and, for account owners, by email before the change applies.
