Questions people ask

What counts as a conversation minute?: Time a visitor spends talking or typing with your agent, across all your agents, counted over the last 30 days.
What happens when the trial ends?: Your rep drops to Free — one rep, 60 minutes a month, the DigitalU badge on — until you pick a plan. Nothing you built is lost, and nothing goes dark.
What is the DigitalU badge?: A line on the widget and the share page — "Built with DigitalU · Get your own AI rep" — on Free and Starter. Pro and Business remove it.
How do referral minutes work?: The badge carries your link. When someone builds a rep through it and that rep has its first real conversation — not when they sign up — you get 30 more conversation minutes a month, on any plan, up to 300 extra. You get an email each time it happens.
How do I know it's working?: The first time someone other than you talks to your host, you get an email: how long, what they asked, the link again. Every week after that, a digest of what people asked and what it couldn't answer. Your own tests never count.
Can my host speak another language?: Yes. A host can be set to speak and listen in a language other than English — the reply, the voice and the listening all follow it. Hosts built from the form start in English; ask us and we set the language on yours.
Can I change plans?: Any time, from Billing in your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately.
